POSITION: Outreach Coordinator (KRCC - Restore Hope)

WORKSITE: Kentucky River Community Care; Breathitt County, Knott County, Letcher County, Perry County, Leslie County, Wolfe County.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full-Time

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Behavioral Science/Human Services or related filed. One year relevant experience working with the designated consumer population preferred. Must maintain a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record throughout employment as driving is required

SPECIAL SKILLS:

JOB DUTIES:

Manage day-to-day collaboration between project partners.
Engage youth population and assure referrals flow with minimal barriers.
Conduct outreach to individuals, link clients with necessary services.
Facilitate community outreach events and training.
Attend RIAC, FAIR teams, SIT teams, court, and other outreach activities to promote Restore Hope services and increase referrals and community engagement partnership and collaboration
